Can I change my monthly retainer later?

Yes, you can adjust your monthly retainer amount at any time by contacting our team. We understand that business needs may change, and we're here to accommodate your evolving requirements.

How are the retainer funds used?

Retainer funds can be applied towards payment for any INVESMITH solution, excluding third-party services such as web hosting, apps, AWS services, etc. You'll receive a detailed monthly accounting of your retainer balance and expenditures to keep you informed. See Rate Schedule

What happens if I don't use all of my retainer funds in a month?

Unused retainer funds carry over to the next month in perpetuity. This ensures that you always have access to funds for future projects or solutions without any wastage.

Can I cancel my BUILD Plan subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your BUILD Plan subscription at any time. Please note that retainer funds are non-refundable and non-transferable. Upon cancellation, any remaining retainer balance will be adjusted to reflect the Standard Hourly Rate. See Rate Schedule

How often will I receive updates on my project's progress?

You'll have access to our Client Project Portal, where you can track project developments, raise concerns, and stay updated on progress in real-time. Additionally, you'll receive regular communication from our team to ensure transparency and collaboration.

Can I schedule recurring tasks or solutions with my Consultant?

Absolutely! As a BUILD Plan subscriber, you have the flexibility to set recurring tasks or solutions with your dedicated Consultant. This streamlines communication and ensures that your ongoing needs are addressed efficiently.
